In a hi-tech secure bunker the mayor is nervously pacing back and forth. Trying to not to pull on his hair or chew on his nails from the stress he is having right now. The strange phenomena caused by the mysterious clown is spreading from the area it started in. And the citizens crying out for action grows even more. His brown haired bespectacled assistant walks in.
"Sir you're making yourself a nervous wreck," his assistant said.
"Of course I am why wouldn't I be? We're talking about a possible reality bender Vessel right here in Kora. I tried to get in touch with some of the strongest Vessels allied with Alliance, including the Star Sheriffs, but apparently they are busy doing Zell knows what including those up and coming underdog rookies MORGAN and BRANDO. And that Jabir guy I contacted with apparently called in and said he couldn't make it. Even contacted some people who owe me favors and they managed to get in touch with this one veteran in the Vanguard from Mobius. Although I haven't heard back from them or this veteran so I have no idea if they'll ever show up if at all!" said Mayor Tucker.
"Calm down sir, I managed to actually get three people who will do the job. One of them is a Vessel user allied with the Alliance, and the other two seem to be mercenaries. Critias, a Rask from Raco who defected from the Union and now does freelance work, and a former Alliance soldier named Deneb Hunter who left to become a bounty hunter. As for they are able to handle, in my honest opinion I don't they have a chance sir but unfortunately they are the best we got on such short notice," his assistant said.
Tucker pinches the bridge of his bulbous nose and says as he stops and looks at the monitors. The police wouldn't be able to handle this. Regular soldiers wouldn't cut it. Vessels are the best weapon against a Vessel and it seems these three are the only ones they could get. He sighs and he asks his assistant "How long till they get here?" he asks.
"Not too long, it is estimated they'll be here in about five minutes or so." his assistant said.
"Good, when they get here tell them to immediately come to the briefing room where I'll be waiting, and get me something to calm my nerves while I wait." Tucker said.
As Tucker walks into the briefing room his assistant then begins to immediately brew his favorite type of latte and brings it to him while he awaits for the arrival of his three saviors.
